Comfortable, clean bungalow on beach with lake view. Surprisingly good amenities including water sports, excursions, spa, and pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Great spot to relax in cooler temperatures.

superior property, has affable staff with every request we had. nice beds and central heating, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. a great selection of outstanding food at breakfast time. the pool area is nice too. not to mention excellent wifi! honestly no complains at all.

The rooms have a fantastic view of Lake Sevan and come equipped with a TV. The resort is situated in a great location in Sevan, right by the peaceful beach of Lake Sevan. The outdoor restaurant serves decent meals.

We had a really great stay for 1 night at Noy Land Resort. The hotel served as a chilled-out base for exploring Sevan, and we enjoyed it. Everything at Noy Land Resort was great as expected.

I really enjoyed the venue and Sevan. I had a brand-new and clean room to myself with an amazing view. The room comes with a TV plus a sofa. Having an electric kettle and a fridge in the room was nice.

We had a wonderful time at a resort located directly on the shore of Lake Sevan. the room we stayed in was modern and beautifully decorated, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the lake. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. the resort had a heated pool and multiple beaches where we could relax and swim in the crystal-clear waters of the lake.

There were a lot of mosquitos in the area, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces.

It was wonderful to have separate areas for relaxation. The resort's location by the waterfront was also a major highlight, offering fine views and a nearby swimming beach for us to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast provided was satisfying. we had a relaxing experience at the resort.

The accommodation was affordable, the room was tidy, and the staff were friendly; we enjoyed a delicious dinner at a great restaurant.
